We design and manufacture our all our own garments using quality fabrics sourced only from England, Italy and Portugal. If you receive a garment that does not meet your expectations or where a manufacturing fault occurs within two years of purchase we will repair or replace the garment free of charge. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of fair wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. No refund will be given under any circumstances; your statutory rights are not affected.

1. Contact us within 2 years of purchase by calling 0203 095 7766, we will ask for your name and address so we can find the original order, you may be asked for proof of purchase.

2. Post the item(s) back to us at Daniela Besso, 57 The Avenue, Sunbury on Thames, TW16 5HY.

NOTE: We accept no responsibility for lost or damaged packages, please ensure you carefully pack and request a signature when returning items to us.

3. We will repair or replace the items and return them to you standard delivery.

 

EXCHANGES - 1 to 28 days from receipt.

We will exchange items if they are in as new condition and have not been worn.  If you wish to exchange an item(s) for a different size, colour or a less expensive item for a more expensive item (we would ask you to pay the difference) we will do so within 14 days of receipt. We will exchange a more expensive item for a less expensive item but, we are not able to issue a refund or credit note, you must choose an item(s) of equal or greater value.

3. We will check the items and send you the new items buy standard delivery.

 

DISTANCE SELLING RETURNS -1 to 7 days from receipt where no exchange is required.

The Distance Selling Regulations apply only in the UK.

If you reside in England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland and you wish to return an item(s) you have 7 days from receipt of the item(s) to notify us. If the item is unworn, undamaged and as new we will refund the cost of the item and postage once we have received and checked the item(s). We will not refund the cost of you returning the item to us or any items lost in the post. We recommend you notify us by phone as if you send the item without notifying us and it arrives on the 8th day we will treat it as an exchange and will not issue a refund.

If you wish to exchange an item please call us and so we can reserve a larger, smaller or different colour for you, then return the item(s) to us. It is a common misconception that you are entitled to a refund at any time, this is not the case and we will treat any returns after the 7 day period as an exchange an no refund will be given for any reason.
